Tomatillo Balsamic Bruschetta

Tomatillo Balsamic Bruschetta is a great addition to any meal. Add a burst of flavor and spice up a plain steak or chicken dinner. Serve with naan bread or crackers, the options are endless.

  • 4 tomatillos chopped
  • 1 cup marzano tomatoes chopped (roma tomatoes work well also)
  • About 8 leaves of basil chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 TBS balsamic vinegar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated


  1. Mix all ingredients together together in a bowl and serve.
  2. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
