Raspberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Quick and easy post workout shake recipe. If you plan to use this as a meal replacement, add a healthy source of fat like unsweetened shredded coconut.

Raspberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie

  • – 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
  • – 1 palmful of raspberries
  • – 1/2 cup ice
  • - 1/2 cup water (add more if you prefer a smoothie that is a bit smoother)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Note: Need to add a healthy source of fat, try unsweetenend shredded coconut!
