Raspberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie
- – 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
- – 1 palmful of raspberries
- – 1/2 cup ice
- - 1/2 cup water (add more if you prefer a smoothie that is a bit smoother)
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Note: Need to add a healthy source of fat, try unsweetenend shredded coconut!
