What you get: A 4-week functional training plan, customized to your goals and available equipment. All based around where you train (the gym or at home) and the amount of time you can commit to training.
What is required: Check-in via text or FaceTime is required to hold you accountable each week. We can also re-assess or work through any issues you might run into.
After you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a physical readiness and lifestyle questionnaire. Please fill this out as soon as you can. Once I have received your form, you can expect to receive your custom meal plan in 5 business days.
