Pork & Broccoli Slaw
- 1 lbs ground pork, chicken or turkey
- 3 cups of broccoli slaw
- 1 inch of fresh ground ginger root
- 1 cup frozen Edamame
- 3 Tbs chilli pepper paste
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Jasmati or other variation of rice
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- While waiting for rice to cook, brown ground meat until only a little pink is left in the meat.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice.
