Poppyseed Broccoli and Apple Slaw

A super easy fresh, light, alternative to your regular coleslaw recipe. Perfect for taking to a BBQ or picnic as a healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10oz package of broccoli slaw (about 3 cups)
  • 3 medium apples, chopped small (about 3 cups)
  • 3/4 cup poppyseed dressing

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss all together and make sure apples are coated in dressing so they won't turn brown.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
