Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are an on the go breakfast option that only takes 10 minutes to prep.  Set aside 10 minutes to prep these oats the night before and the morning of, you will have breakfast in as long as it takes you to microwave your oats!

  • 1/4 cup dry oats
  • 1/2 TBS chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 TBS honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • frozen or dried fruit for topping


  1. Add all ingredients except fruit to a mason jar. Shake to stir.
  2. Refrigerate at least two hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Add frozen fruit of choice and microwave for 1 minute or top with dried fruit instead. Enjoy!
