Mason Jar Omelet
- 3 mini mason jars
- 3 large eggs
- 12 egg whites
- 1/2 cup chopped peppers, color of choice
- A handful of spinach
- Divide chopped veggies, eggs and egg whites equally between three mason jars.
- Store in the refrigerator covered until ready to use.
- When ready to prepare, grab pre-assembled mason jar and cook eggs and veggies as you regularly would. No clean up required! Be out the door in 5 minutes with this quick breakfast and feel good about fueling your body with health food!
Note: Customize these to your taste, add in what you like. Add in veggies of choice, try adding a touch of cheese if you need more flavor. These can also be customized to your macro breakdown if needed. Example… if you are trying Keto, Adjust the egg to egg white ratio as needed.
