Guac deviled eggs
Ingredients
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 3 TBSP guacamole
- 1 TBSP Sauerkraut, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime or 1 drop lime essential oil
- Cilantro chopped
- Sweet paprika
Instructions
- Remove shells from hardboiled eggs.
- Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- Add the yolks to a bowl with guacamole, lime juice and sauerkraut.
- Mash to combine. Once combined, add the yolk and guac mixture back to the centers of the egg whites.
- Sprinkle cilantro and sweet paprika to taste before serving.
