Guac deviled eggs

Deviled eggs with a twist.  Cilantro, lime, and paprika add a bit of a different taste when compared to your typical deviled egg. Need to spice it up even more? Try adding cayenne or chili flakes. A perfect snack for a keto or paleo lifestyle. Add a side of greens and make it a meal.

  • 3 hardboiled eggs
  • 3 TBSP guacamole
  • 1 TBSP Sauerkraut, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime or 1 drop lime essential oil
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Sweet paprika


  1. Remove shells from hardboiled eggs.
  2. Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. Add the yolks to a bowl with guacamole, lime juice and sauerkraut.
  4. Mash to combine. Once combined, add the yolk and guac mixture back to the centers of the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle cilantro and sweet paprika to taste before serving.
