Granola bites

Picky kid approved granola bites are a quick healthy high protein snack. If you count macronutrients, these are even a well-balanced snack. Take 10 minutes out of your day to prepare some granola bites and you won’t regret it. ┬áThese will stay fresh in a sealed container in the fridge for 3-5 days… If they aren’t eaten by then! Pure maple syrup is used instead of processed artificial sugars, oats provide a source of fiber and chia seeds a source of Omega 3’s.

Yields about 14-16 granola bites
