  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin or donut pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add in remaining wet ingredients.
  • Add mix to prepared pan and cook for 13-15 minutes or until muffin starts to pull away from the sides of the pan while cooking.
