Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken, chopped
  • 3/4 cup carrots, chopped bite size
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped bite size
  • 1 TBSP grass fed butter
  • 1/2 cup wild rice
  • 4-5 cups bone broth
  • 1/2 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canned whole coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup purple kale chopped

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except cooked chicken, kale and coconut milk to a slowcooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. When there is only 30 minutes left of cooking time, add coconut milk, kale and cooked chicken. Serve and enjoy!
