Orange Teriyaki Meatball & Rice Noodle Stir Fry
- Cook meatballs according to package instructions. While waiting for meatballs, prepare teriyaki sauce and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add coconut oil. When oil is melted, add onion, red pepper and asparagus. Season veggies with garlic salt.
- Saute veggies for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add carrots and saute for two more minutes. Remove all veggies from heat.
- When meatballs are cooked through, add these to veggie mixture along with desired amount of teriyaki sauce. Serve over cooked rice noodles and garnish with green onion.
