Frozen Pineapple Whip

Five Ingredient Pineapple Dole Whip

Here’s our version of the “dole whip” or frozen pineapple ice cream. The perfect sweat cold treat for after our long weekend of soccer games in the heat. I don’t even feel bad for letting the kids have seconds. After searching Pinterest for a good frozen pineapple recipe, I just decided to create my own as we went. Another bonus, there aren’t many desserts that are this easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen pineapple (thawed on the counter for 2-3 minutes)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 TBS honey
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse blender or processor until whip is your desired consistency.
  3. Note: We made this a few times and it turned out great. I think I will try with a bit less of each milk next time for a thicker consistency.
