Bruschetta is great for making ahead and using on multiple dishes through the week. Can be added to chicken and veggies, on top of a french loaf, added to a pasta dish, the options are endless.
- 1/2 bag of Marzano tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 large leaves basil, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
