Upper Body Hotel Gym Workout

We recently stayed in a hotel that had a fairly nice gym setup with multiple pieces of equipment to choose from. Below is the quick workout I completed while traveling. This could easily be thought done while traveling at a hotel with minimal equipment.

 

Warm Up
1 mile run on treadmill

Circuit A – Complete 3 times through with little to no rest between sets
x12 Dumbbell bicep curl
x12 Dumbbell tricep kickback
x20 Bench Speed Step Ups

Circuit B – Complete 3 times through with little to no rest between sets
x12 cross body dumbbell curl
x12 one arm pronated tricep extension
x20 Burpee tuck jump

Circuit C – Complete 3 times through with little to no rest between sets
x12 One arm preacher curl on incline bench
x12 tricep push ups
400m run on treadmill (1/4 mile)
