Pork & Broccoli Slaw

  • 1 lbs ground pork, chicken or turkey
  • 3 cups of broccoli slaw
  • 1 inch of fresh ground ginger root
  • 1 cup frozen Edamame
  • 3 Tbs chilli pepper paste
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Jasmati or other variation of rice


  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. While waiting for rice to cook, brown ground meat until only a little pink is left in the meat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
