Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 small bag of red potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs), quartered
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP avocado oil
  • 2 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Add chicken and potatoes to a baking dish
  3. Next combine all remaining ingredients except parsley to a bowl and mix to combine.
